We do not have any specific datacenter or application maintenance windows. Avoiding downtime is our highest priority, so we always make every effort to perform maintenance in such a way as to prevent customer impact. That’s why you rarely receive datacenter maintenance notifications from us. In most cases, we can take an entire datacenter down without affecting you.
In the rare event that we do need to perform maintenance that will affect you, we will definitely give you as much advance notice as possible, usually at least 7 days. And even so, 99% of our maintenance is designed to be completed without impact.
