Retrieve All Load Balancing Profiles

This method will retrieve a list of all Load Balancer policies currently configured. While only one policy can be applied to the load balancer within a Pack at once, our system allows for multiple policies to exist, even if unutilized, so they can be easily pre-configured and assigned.
