We don’t support uploading certificate chains, Intermediate certificates or Root certificates to avoid duplication and save space on our load balancers. But we do have most of the common Intermediate chains already in our repository for your use. You can link/chain your existing SSL certificate to one of these Intermediates to ensure they are trusted by browsers everywhere. To do this, go to the SSL tab in the load balancer where you uploaded your certificate.
On the SSL Key/Cert Pairs table, click the row for the cert you wish to link so it turns light blue (selected). Now click the LINK button on the toolbar, as shown above.
This will open a pop-up window where you can select the Intermediate SSL Certificate to link to, as shown below:
Once selected, click link. If it is successful, you will receive a confirmation. If not, you’ll be alerted as well.
If we don’t have the Intermediate SSL Certificate you need, just let us know. We’ll be happy to add it to our repository.
