Yes, when you log into the management panel, you can go to Networking > Multicloud Networking to see bandwidth graphs for your VPN uplinks. Generally one graph is shown per uplink, so if you have a primary and a secondary between our platform and your site, cloud provider or data center, you would see one for each. Of course if you have many more, you will probably see a table with many options.
The graphs show data for the past hour, past 2 days, past 30 days and one year (typically). A sample screen capture is shown below.
