Today we rolled out a few (hidden) beta features for our billing and subscription system. But fear not, we’ve included three fixes you can actually see too. Here are the details:

  • Subscriptions and Payments: As we mentioned in our first release of the year in January, we’re working on a very comprehensive invoicing, payments and plan management platform. It’s still not ready to share with you, but we needed to get a few features out for our beta testers, so they are included in this release. We’re getting closer to the official release date, and as soon as we have it, we’ll let you know right here!

  • Secondary Domains: We added some help notes for users adding secondary domains for the first time. It’s not always obvious where zone transfers will come from, so we’ve made this more obvious in the panel. Hopefully this will alleviate some frustration.

  • User Deletion: We modified permissions to prevent users from deleting themselves. We’re not entirely sure why someone would want to do that, but it is now prohibited because a few users have deleted their own accounts within the last few weeks causing a number of support cases.

  • Canvas Display Issue: If a user role had the Networking > Information tab disabled (hidden), the Networking > Configuration Builder canvas left-side navigation would not always display properly. This has now been fixed. And if you haven’t seen or started using our new canvas, you really should! Check out the screenshot below. It now depicts exactly how your traffic flows from the edge through the WAF, Load Balancer and out to your devices.
