The query inclusions are soft limits. If you exceed them, we will simply bill you $15/month for a block of 1 million extra queries. So don't worry about any surge in traffic, and don't worry about DDoS traffic either, we won't bill you for that.
You may add extra queries to any plan for $15/month per block of 1 million by simply using them (we'll bill you). You cannot add more Domains, Resource Records, Web Redirects or Failover Pools to a plan. You would need to upgrade to the next plan, or purchase multiple plans to obtain the desired quantity.
GEO DNS can be added to any plan. The cost is $100/month per GEO pool. Each GEO pool supports answering with a different IP for up to 10 regions of the world. For example, send Europe traffic to 203.0.113.2 and send North America traffic to 198.51.100.2 for the same host name such as www.example.com based on the origin of the user making the DNS request.

Unlike other providers which make you choose a region (and thus, create a single point of failure) we deploy everywhere making your configuration extremely redundant and highly available. This is how we can provide a 100% network uptime SLA. This is also how we can provide excellent performance. With your configuration everwhere, users are naturally drawn into a POP close to them, reducing latency (distance) between your user and our POP and our POP and your devices. This is truly is a superior design that very few cloud providers deploy because it consumes greater resources. We believe the benefits far outweight the costs!
Within a plan, you can add more traffic at $0.15/GB (lower with high volume) simply by using it. Each plan comes with one IPv4 and one IPv6 address. If you require another pair of IPs, you will need an additional plan (you can mix and match). Yes, absolutely. Many customers have different applications that need different features. You can buy any quantity of any plan and mix and match to suit your uniques requirements.
Monthly traffic, Throughput cap, Connections/sec, SSL Transactions/sec and the DDoS protection thresholds have soft limits and are burstable. That is, you can exceed the specified limits for a short period of time to accommodate a traffic surge. If you exceed these limits on a regular basis, we will contact you to upgrade to a more appropriate plan. Multicloud Networking is currently offered as a fully managed service due to the complexity of configuration. As a result, we currently do not offer free trials. In 2022, you will be able to build and manage tunnels entirely through our client panel. Provisioning is handled M-F during business hours through a ticket-based (email) approach, however online meetings are available to aid in provisioning for an hourly cost. Of course, once tunnels are established, break/fix support is available 24x7x365 via ticket or phone.
